The company, based in San Jose, CA, seems to be involved in file systems and management.
We found that Umesh Maheshwari, software architect at Data Domain, was in the start-up as well as Dan Leary, as VP of WW marketing, formerly at ConSentry Networks, and Matthew Geddes as CIFS architect.
Among its board member are Jim Goetz from Sequoia Capital and Peter Wagner from Accel Partners.
