Keepit Selects ICOS for its Italian Distribution: a Strategic Partnership for SaaS Data Protection and Cyber Resilience

Keepit, a vendor-independent, cloud-native SaaS data protection and recovery provider, and ICOS, a value-added distributor (VAD) of IT infrastructure and security solutions, announce they have signed a distribution agreement for Italy.Through this agreement, ICOS becomes Keepit’s first distributor in the Italian market, taking responsibility for managing relationships with the network of resellers, system integrators, and MSPs (MSPs), and providing a commercial, technical, training, and marketing support ecosystem essential to effectively address the growing and complex challenges of cyber risk management.

The agreement comes at a crucial moment for the Italian digital landscape. The massive adoption of SaaS solutions and enterprise AI models has pushed the cloud market past €8 billion in Italy, while also exposing organizations to new risks and regulatory compliance challenges tied to strict frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, and GDPR.
