IBC 2026: SNS Brings Agentic AI to On-Premise Media Workflows with AI Suite Advanced

Studio Network Solutions (SNS) announced AI Suite Advanced, a new tier of its on-premise AI Suite featuring natural language chat and agentic features, along with a refreshed interface.The additions are available, showcased at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, September 11–14, at SNS stand 7.B22. AI Suite Advanced builds on the metadata extraction, gen, and analysis capabilities of SNS’s existing on-premise AI Suite solution. With the Advanced tier, users can ask the AI Suite natural language questions about their footage, like which clips feature a certain person or location, and get instantly useful results.

Beyond answering questions, AI Suite Advanced can carry out multi-step tasks on its own, such as assembling an EDL from footage that matches a set of criteria. The result is a media library that not only answers questions but does the time-consuming work of digging through hours of footage, all without sending proprietary content to the cloud.

“The real value of the AI Suite is the time it gives back. Our goal with the AI Suite is simple: less time spent looking for footage, more time spent making something great with it,” said Ryan Stoutenborough, president, SNS.

Alongside the new tier, SNS is introducing a new AI Suite logo and a dark-themed interface, aligning the AI Suite’s look and feel with the rest of the SNS workflow ecosystem customers already know.

Both AI Suite and AI Suite Advanced are available as a one-time perpetual license with unlimited AI processing hours.
