FMS 2026: The Annual Rendez-Vous is Around the Corner

This is the time of year when a significant part of the storage industry gathers in one place. In just a few days, we will once again head to Santa Clara, CA, for the 20th edition of FMS, now officially known as The Future of Memory and Storage, an event long recognized as the Flash Memory Summit. With the FMS acronym so deeply established across the industry, the organizers wisely chose to preserve it while redefining its meaning.

As we recently reported, the event has been acquired by Terrapinn, a well-known and respected global event organizer. This transition is expected to bring new energy, a broader vision, and a fresh direction for future editions. Judging by the growing wave of announcements from exhibitors and the industry at large, this year’s conference already promises to be an important milestone.
