What: People come to ShutterFest to elevate their photography skills! Join Master Photographer and international print judge Eric Stoner for an interactive photo walk around Union Station, where attendees will get real-time coaching as they shoot. Stoner will begin with a brief instructional session, then guide attendees through hands-on shooting, offering feedback on composition, lighting, posing, location choices, and lens selection so images gain maximum impact. Stoner and the group will work with a variety of models, providing the opportunity to practice different styles and approaches. Constructive feedback will be offered during shooting, dramatically speeding learning curves. Stoner will also share insights into his workflow using OWC memory cards, readers, software, and portable SSDs. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn and shoot at the same time!
About Eric Stoner: Stoner’s photographic career spans well over 30 years as a professional specializing in portraits and commercial photography. He was a Technical Advisor at Canon for 18 years teaching workshops on photography and now works for OWC (Other World Computing) in Technical Education and Business Development. Eric is also a recognized international print competition judge.
