SambaNova and Intel Stopped Their Merger Talk

As business conditions improved over recent months and SambaNova secured several major contracts, the company stepped back from the merger discussions and is now seeking new funding. Reports suggest it is targeting a capital raise of between $300 million and $500 million.
Intel could participate in this funding round and potentially take a large stake, which may pave the way for a future acquisition.
