Cyera Raised $400 Million at $9 Billion Valuation

Cyera Ltd. has completed a new funding round in mid-December, which has not yet been formally announced by the company.The $400 million private equity investment was led by Blackstone and increases the company’s valuation to $9 billion. With this round, Cyera has raised a total of $1.7 billion across seven funding rounds.

Founded in 2021, Cyera is led by co-founders Yotam Segev, CEO, and Tamar Bar-Ilan, CTO, both graduates of Israel’s elite Talpiot program and veterans of Unit 8200. The company develops an AI-powered data security platform that enables organizations to discover, classify, and protect sensitive data across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
