Leaseweb Appoints Ronald Richardson as Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Global Growth and Go-to-Market Execution
Richardson to lead commercial strategy and scale global revenue operations as demand for sovereign-by-design hybrid cloud grows

In his new role, Richardson will focus on strengthening customer partnerships worldwide and enhancing Leaseweb’s commercial strategy, working closely with sales, marketing, product and operations to drive stronger alignment across the organization. He will play a central role in articulating the value of Leaseweb’s sovereign-by-design hybrid cloud approach at a time when cloud and AI are shaping how organizations build for the future.
Previously, Richardson has held senior leadership roles in high-growth B2B technology organizations, including at Banyan, Microsoft, AdEspresso, Axon Inc. and ESS Inc. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and scaled businesses through periods of significant growth and transformation, based on leadership that combines clarity of vision with a strong focus on cross-team collaboration.
