Cloud Software Group Reorganizes Arctera Following the Effective Acquisition
Continuing to expand the Cloud Software Group empire

This Arctera surprised the market when it was announced a few months ago, early august. Three distinct activities under the Arctera umbrella – Backup Exec, Governance and Compliance solutions and InfoScale – remained in the entity but appeared to have limited convergence effect. It has been decided to run these 3 business as separate entities and each has a distinct web site, logo and operations. You can visit backupexec.com, arctera.com and infoscale.com. If you visit cloud.com, you’ll see all businesses as the image below shows. We’ll learn more about InfoScale during the coming IT Press Tour in January in California.
