QiStor Ready to Sell its IP

QiStor Inc., designs and develops a hardware accelerated key-value storage surfing on the offloading momentum and DPU wave. The company received a pre-seed round earlier 2024 and we find 8 people on LinkedIn.

Now we heard that the company is ready to sell its IP. Does it mean some difficulties to raise money, to develop and confirm their solution, a good proposal and other reasons we’ll try to learn.
