DRAM Spot Price:
In the spot market, trading activities have slowed down for DDR4 products compared with the previous week. However, prices have remained mostly stable without significant fluctuations. Notably, x16 consumer DRAM products have stronger price support compared with x8 PC DRAM products. Overall, the procurement momentum of DDR4 products is still stronger compared with that of DDR5 products. Spot prices of DDR5 products continue to weaken slightly. Prices of DDR5 chips stripped from decommissioned modules have also fallen from last week’s $1.60 to $1.53. This serves as an early indicator of weakening contract prices in the future. The average spot price of the mainstream chips (i.e., DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s) slightly decreased by 1.99% from $5.222 last week to $5.118 this week.
NAND Flash Spot Price
Despite simultaneous reduction in prices and quantity for spot transactions, some of the buyers have started attempting to raise their quotations marginally after knowing that suppliers are intending to increase contract prices for 3Q25. Spot prices of 512Gb TLC wafers rose by 0.63% this week, arriving at $2.717.
