Amit Golander Joins Pliops

Amit Golander came from Huawei where he was 4 years CTO for the cloud storage research group. In the meantime he also teaches at the Tel Aviv University and is co-chair of the AMC Systor and ISW 2025 events.

Before he worked at NetApp for 3 years following the acquisition of Plexistor in 2017 and he spent 3 years at the Israeli company from 2014 as CTO and VP R&D. He also was VP systems and product at Tonian Systems, a pioneer of pNFS, that became Primary Data morphed into Hammerspace. And before he spent more than 12 years at IBM as system architect and senior engineer. He started his career at the IDF in Israel.
