Lattice Expands Low Power, Small FPGA Portfolio with High IO Density and Secure Device Options

Certus-NX FPGA and MachXO5-NX FPGA device families offerings include multiple logic density and I/O options in a variety of new packages.

Lattice Semiconductor announced that the company expanded its small FPGA portfolio with new, high I/O density options in the company’s Certus-NX FPGA and MachXO5-NX FPGA device families.

Lattice LogoThese offerings include multiple logic density and I/O options in a variety of new packages. These new devices are for a wide range of solutions that require low power consumption, a small form factor, high 3.3V I/O, and security capabilities – making them well-suited for power-constrained AI, industrial, communications, server, and automotive applications.

At Lattice, we’re committed to empowering our customers with the flexibility and features they need to innovate across a wide range of applications,” said Dan Mansur, corporate VP, product marketing, Lattice Semiconductor. “By introducing higher I/O density and additional security-focused configurations in compact, low power devices, we’re enabling developers with new ways to address the stringent thermal, connectivity, and form factor constraints of their designs.
