Portworx Collaborates with Red Hat

Pure Storage, Inc. announced Portworx for KubeVirt – a first SDS, virtualization-centric offering that provides a low-risk approach for running VM workloads on Kubernetes using Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Engine.

By combining Portworx by Pure Storage with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Engine, enterprises can deploy and manage VMs to containers more easily to optimize functionality, while lowering TCO.

With the new VM-only offering from Portworx, customers can address their modern virtualization challenges with an optimized solution that makes migrating and operating applications in Kubernetes more accessible and provides a pathway to long-term application modernization.
