History 2005: Ahmet Houssein President and CEO, Silverback Systems

Silverback Systems found a new president and CEO with an impressive background. Replacing Danny Biran is Ahmet Houssein, from Adaptec, where he most recently served as VP and GM of the storage solutions group.

Before Adaptec, he was with Intel, where he was one of the key leaders in the creation of the Next Generation I/0 (NGIO} architecture for Intel servers and a founding board member of the SNIA.
