Sony Group Assigned Patent

Sony Group Corporation, Tokyo, Japan, has been assigned a patent (11955148) developed by Nakashio, Eiji, and Iwama, Takanobu, Tokyo, Japan, for “cleaning tape and cartridge.“

The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: “A cartridge includes a tape-shaped nonwoven fabric, a reel on which the tape-shaped nonwoven fabric is wound, and a case that accommodates the reel. A basis weight of the tape-shaped nonwoven fabric is equal to or less than 25 c/m.sup.2 and an average fiber diameter of the tape-shaped nonwoven fabric is equal to or less than 11 ?m.”
