The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: “In order to enable adjustment of the inclination of a guide roller member with respect to a base body, this member is provided with a base body and a guide roller member that is secured to the base body and that determines the advancement direction for a prescribed tape. The guide roller member includes a base part and a rotating shaft that is secured to the base part. In relation to the base body, the base part comes into contact, simultaneously and on the same side as the rotating shaft, with: the leading ends of a plurality of screws that are passed through a plurality of screw holes penetrating the base body, and projecting parts that are connected to or have come into contact with the base part.”
