Live demonstrations of solutions with Archiware PS version 7.2 include Atto, Datalntell, MagStor, Qnap, Sonnet, Symply, and Unitex.

The company’s P5 Archive, P5 Backup, and P5 Synchronize modules are streamlined through integrations with a plethora of hardware and software partners that are featured at NAB Show 2024. Hosted at the firm’s booth, Datalntell‘s storage analytics software ensures transparency by identifying redundant data for archiving via PS Archive. This allows users to take control and optimize costs in the long-term.

Setups with tape library vendors enable data to be managed from a workstation-class machine, enhancing accessibility and ease of operation. Archive to LTO tape using PS Archive is demonstrated utilizing the SymplyPRO Thunderbolt LTO drive, integrated with a Mac. For an intuitive, robust, and scalable solution, MagStor‘s SAS LTO drive is connected to a Mac running Archiware PS via the Atto Technology, Inc.’ SAS to 10GBE Bridge and the Sonnet Technologies, Inc.’ Thunderbolt to 10GBE.

A practical solution combining LTO tape and NAS is exhibited through the integration with Qnap Systems, Inc. and Unitex Corp. With a maximum RW speed of up to 300MB/s, the tape drive by Unitex allows for a flexible integration with Qnap NAS and Archiware PS through its dual SAS and USB interface. Beyond efficiency and speed in acquiring and sharing data, this setup offers a future-proof is data management strategy.
