History 2003: Mouse with 32MB Flash Memory at $35.52

Flash memories come in all shapes and sizes.

Recently, logear released on the market, for $35.52 from distributor CompUSA, a USB mouse including 32MB of flash memory. This is the first mouse with flash memory.

OK, it’s probably a very nice mouse, with 800dpi precision, but what is the real advantage in carrying documents on a mouse, rather than a much smaller flash key? It may be novel, but it’s far from earth-shattering.
