Any Nebulon-Nvidia Pending Deal?

Bizarre, Siamak Nazari, founder and CEO of Nebulon according to the company website, has updated his LinkedIn profile last Friday adding a line about Nvidia, a mention “On to new challenges” and an end date for his story with Nebulon.

You can see below what was captured February 9, 2024, at 7:20PM Paris, France, time.

So discovering the change I sent him a message on LinkedIn, guess what happened, no answer at all and he changed back his page removing all elements related to Nvidia.

Nothing is shared on Nebulon neither Nvidia website yet.

So the question is simple: is Nvidia acquiring Nebulon comforting its approach of offload processing, SmartNIC and BlueField product line? We’ll see.
