Druva, Inc. appointed John Hultman as chief revenue officer.

He brings nearly 30 years of global technology sales experience to the role, with expertise in SaaS, cloud, and security. He will focus on driving global go-to-market strategy, accelerating growth, and strengthening relationships with its customers and partners.

Hultman joins from Cohesity, where he led Americas sales and was responsible for driving growth and predictability across the Americas sales organization. Prior to that, he spent nearly 2 decades at Dell EMC overseeing multiple specialty sales teams, and prior to that he held various senior sales leadership roles at Hitachi Data Systems and Dell. He has a proven track record of success in building and scaling hyper-growth teams and has demonstrated the ability to develop a results-oriented, diverse culture.

Hultman’s appointment comes during a time of company growth, with Druva recently surpassing $200 million in annual recurring revenue. This year, the company launched Dru, a AI copilot for backup, and made a number of hires to support ongoing growth, including CMO Ranga Rajagopalan and global partner and alliance lead Mike Houghton.
