Comments: VSG serves file and block data over Ethernet from a common storage pool that can be resized dynamically. It connects to Windows (CIFS), UNIX (NFS) and Apple (AFP) servers/clients on a file level. It also provides block serving via iSCSI. At the heart is FibreStream’s Web-based administrator tool, which provides access to such tasks as snapshots, backup, quotas, access rights, etc.
