South Dakota Board of Regents Assigned Patent

South Dakota Board of Regents, Pierre, SD, has been assigned a patent (11778933) developed by Tolle, Charles, Hong, Haiping, Widener, Christian, Christensen, Greg, and Yang, Jack, Rapid City, SD, for a “nano memory device.“
