Peter Lieberwirth President and CEO, Toshiba Electronics Europe
Takes over from Tomoaki Kumagai.

In his new role, he will lead the development and execution of strategy for its electronic components business in Europe.
He takes over from Tomoaki Kumagai, the outgoing president, who has been promoted to a global role, as corporate VP, general executive, global strategy and business development, Japan.
He joined Toshiba in 1992 where has held the VP marketing and operations division role since 2018, where his experience across sales and marketing functions has proven invaluable.

Following this announcement, Armin Derpmanns will take over the position of VP marketing and operations division after acting as GM, semiconductor marketing for the past 5 years where he oversaw business development for new markets, new products and solutions. He has held several senior roles since starting at Toshiba in 1989.
TEE has its headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, with branch offices in France, Italy, Spain, Sweden and the UK providing marketing, sales and logistics services.
