Goodram/Wilk Elektronik HL200 USB 3.2 Gen.2 Type-C Up to 1TB Portable SSD

Goodram/Wilk Elektronik SA, after the launch of the PX600 drive PCIe 4 x4 NVMe, announces another product in the SSD family, an external drive called HL200, the successor to the HL100 model.

This carrier is in line with the expectations of customers who need increasingly capacious and faster devices for data transfer and storage. The HL200 is a pocket-sized SSD available in 256, 512GB and 1TB capacities. Smooth transfer is ensured by carefully selected components and matched specs. Data reading and writing oscillates at 520 and 500MB/s, respectively. Fast file transfer is enabled by the USB 3.2 gen. 2 Type C interface, among others.

Multistage testing and brand-name components ensure high and stable write and read speeds and reading speeds even during intensive operation of the device. As a result, 4K video, high-resolution photos or large data sets can be transferred to the drive in seconds.

The HL200’s rugged enclosure ensures the safety of user data even when accidentally dropped, or when used in harsh conditions, such as traveling or in the field. What’s more, SSDs consume less power compared to classic magnetic drives. For an owner using a laptop or other portable device, this means longer operating time on a single battery charge. For user convenience, the drive comes with 2 cables: USB Type A – USB Type C and a double-sided USB Type C. This allows the drive to be connected to most devices equipped with a USB port.
