HPE Is Selling Its 49% Stake In H3C China Subsidiary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise aid in a U.S. SEC filing that it intends to sell its 49% stake in its H3C Chinese enterprise IT joint venture.
H3C is the exclusive provider of HPE servers, storage and associated IT technical services in China.
HPE owns a 49% share in the company while Chinese company Unisplendour Corp. owns a 51% share.
