And made $7 million investment in @Backup

Adic has acquired MountainGate Imaging Systems, which provides software that enables high bandwidth crossplatform file sharing in SAN.

The company has also made a $7 million investment in @Backup. The latter firm, founded in 1995, developed an original technology to provide off-site storage using the Internet, especially aimed at mobile users. @Backup has already established relationships with Toshiba and Dell.
