Availabity of Vembu BDRSuite V.5.3.0 with Focus on Centralized Backup Management

Vembu Technologies announced the availability of its BDRSuite v5.3.0.

BDRSuite is a backup and DR solution designed to protect data that span across data centers/private cloud (VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, Apps & DB), public cloud (AWS), SaaS (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and endpoints (Windows, Mac).

Some of features available with BDRSuite v5.3.0:

  • Centralized file server and endpoint backup – Offers centralized backup management for VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. With v5.3.0, user can centrally configure and manage files/folders backup for servers and endpoints (Windows and Linux) as well.
  • Azure Blob Storage – Supports object-based cloud storage, such as Amazon S3 and S3 compatible storage for backup repositories. Now extends support to Azure Blob Storage too.
  • Active Directory integration – Integrate AD/LDAP Server with BDRSuite and import users from it to manage the BDRSuite servers.
  • Integrity check on VMware ESXi – Automated boot test to check the recoverability of backup data was supported only on Hyper-V and BDRSuite has extended support to VMware ESXi as well.
