Total Compensation of Top Executives of Pure Storage

In a SEC filing (page 44) published on April 18, 2022, Pure Storage, Inc. revealed the compensation earned during the fiscal years ended in January 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 by its main executive officers.

All top executives – but Colgrove – saw their total compensations increasing, as shareholders estimate they did a good job in FY22, especially CEO Giancarlo, with company’s revenue at $2.18 billion, up 30% Y/Y, and losses reduced to $143 million.
