Toshiba Group Responds to Situation in Ukraine
Suspending order taking and investments in Russia

In response to the situation in Ukraine, it will donate a total of ¥100 million to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees(UNHCR) and Japan Platform, a non-profit organization, to provide humanitarian aid to those affected.
In addition, it has suspended order taking and investments in Russia. It will continue to monitor the situation, and strongly hope for an early end to the conflict.
Revenues in Russia account is around 0.2% of Toshiba Group’s consolidated revenue forecast of ¥3,340,000 million for the fiscal year ending March 2022. Although the impact on overall business is minimal, the company will promptly announce any significant impact on its performance that might result from changes in the current situation.
