Dropsuite Ltd. announced 3 new executive members to its team: Manoj Kalyanaraman CTO, Frederique van de Poll head of HR, and Ricky Frey global support manager.

Manoj Kalyanaraman, CTO:
He has over 20 years of experience in engineering, strategic innovation, and leadership. Prior to joining, he worked at BitTitan as the VP of product and engineering, where he contributed to the transformation of the mail migration platform into a full-service M365 and Google Workspaces assessment and migration platform. He was the site leader of BitTitan Singapore in 2021 and led the company to rank 4th in the best workplaces ranking by the “Great Places to Work” Institute among tech companies in Singapore. Over the past decade as an engineering leader, he has built and led product engineering teams across APAC and the USA, including previous roles at Intuit and Mindtree. He will lead the global engineering at his company from Singapore.

Frederique van de Poll, gobal head of HR:
She joins with a wealth of global HR leadership experience. Born and raised in the Netherlands, she started her career at the Dutch Ministry of Health. In 2017, she moved to Asia, where she worked as the HR manager for the Hollandse School Limited Singapore, before taking on the head of HR role to help scale Gravity Supply Chain Solutions, a SaaS company. She has a master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology

“I developed a weak spot for entrepreneurs in the software industry, as their passion for the products and motivation to grow are just extremely contagious,” she says. “Dropsuite is full of those passionate and ‘hungry owners’ – it’s a wonderful opportunity to be part of this journey.”

Ricky Frey, global support manager:
Based in Seattle, WA, he will be joining the firm’s team with over a decade of experience in SaaS systems and support. He previously led Americas support, customer success at BitTitan. One of his primary goals will be continuing the level of service that the support team is already known for, while expanding the team’s capabilities to further delight and engage a partner base.
