Jorge Gea CTO, Bacula Systems

He will be responsible for inspiring and growing technical teams, accelerating the businesses’ technical achievements and delivering the secure technology for which the company has become renowned and awarded. He will lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for Bacula, bringing deep technical experience with a background in software engineering, infrastructure, and software architecture.
Chairman, and original founder of both Bacula.org and Bacula Systems, Kern Sibbald, said: “Jorge is the right person to oversee Bacula’s technical strategy as we move to a new phase of growth.
