Running the KoiMeeter video conferencing OS, tit is the replacement for costly SIP-based conferencing systems in providing private meeting systems with security. It can also join Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Google Meet calls to streamline communication between different platforms.

The KoiBox-100W is portable and easy-to-use, all you need to do is connect it to an HDMI display and network. It can form up to 4-way video conferencing with a company’s NAS running the KoiMeeter app and mobile phones with the KoiMeeter mobile app. It also supports SIP systems (such as Avaya or Polycom) and cloud meeting platforms for cross-platform communications. The anticipated 4K wireless projection also makes it for all members in the same meeting room view the KoiBox-100W screen on an HDMI display without needing a dedicated computer.

The KoiBox-100W is integrated with mobile devices and allows users to share their screen by scanning tits QR code. Meetings can also be joined from the KoiMeeter mobile app. Additional it features include auto answering, address book, and the Insight View that allows meeting participants to remotely view the presentation on their computers.
Designed around the concept of private cloud that emphasizes privacy and security, the KoiBox-100W includes a 2.5-inch SATA drive bay (SSD/HDD sold separately) for storing meeting videos and audio – providing a secure and productive communication platform to satisfy cross-team and internal/external collaboration.
