Powered by a Celeron J4125 quad-core processor, the QVP-41B comes with 4×3.5-inch SATA drive bays, providing storage potential and high-speed networking to meet the requirements of monitoring small/medium-sized environments.

With built-in 140W PoE and supporting up to 24 cameras, the QVP-41B provides complete network surveillance server capabilities. Surveillance feeds can also be simultaneously recorded and monitored using Qnap’s QVR Smart Client application,” said Alan Kuo. “Recorded footage can be intelligently analyzed by using QVR Smart Search, and for large-scale deployments (such as retail) all QVR Pro servers including the QVP-41B can be centrally managed through Qnap’s QVR Center.

The QVP-41B is compliant with the IEEE 802.3at PoE+ standard and has 16 ports with 30W Gb PoE capabilities. This NVR network surveillance server can supply a total power budget of 140W to meet the demands of bullet cameras, fisheye cameras, 4K PTZ cameras and speed dome cameras compliant with the ONVIF standard; or high-power devices such as 4K PTZ camera, IP phones, LED lights, and digital signage. The QVP-41B supports PoE management functions, including scheduling, power supply prioritization, and power enabling/disabling for IT staff to centrally manage all devices.

QVP-41B uses the company‘s QVR Pro surveillance software and is compatible with other surveillance applications. QVP Center can centrally manage and monitor multiple QVR Pro servers and receive event notifications, QVR Smart Search can find event recordings within a specified time and area, and QVR Pro Client allows you to monitor different platforms and flexibly switch between live view and playback mode to take full control over monitored areas.

The QVP-41B has a modern design and quiet cooling system that combines the functions of a PoE switch, NVR, NAS and router, providing HDMI 2.0 output for direct playback of live feeds up to 4K (3,840×2,160) 60Hz resolution. By consolidating the functions of multiple devices in a near-silent and stylish form factor, it satisfies the requirements of smart retail surveillance environments.
