No Impact on Phison

• There will be no impact on Phison operations and technology R&D.
• Pua will continue to serve as the CEO and will be fully responsible for all daily operations and the performance of Phison.
• The largest individual shareholder of Phison, he will fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of the CEO entrusted by the board of directors, while pursuing the maximum long-term benefits for the company and shareholders.
