History (1996): StreamLogic Completes Sale of Micropolis HDD Business

On June 5, StreamLogic Corporation announced the completion of the sale of Micropolis’ disk drive business to Singapore Technologies for $120 million, with $54 million in cash and $66 million in assumed liabilities.
