Silicon Valley Disposition is offering on July 27-29 in Fremont, CA, a lot of hardware coming from Spin Memory, Inc.‘s facility.

That’s bad news for the company, also known as Spin Transfer Technologies, developing orthogonal magnetoresistive random access memory technology (OST-MRAM) and getting total funding of $158 million since inception in 2007.
