Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. announced a NVMe M.2 SSD with PCIe 3.0 x4 interface, which offers 2 capacity, 1TB and 512GB.

To enhance heat dissipation and stability, the company introduces the 2x copper PCB into the M30 series SSD for the performance boost under low temperature and durability. In addition, the M30 series SSD continues the ‘Ultra Durable technology’ based on firm‘s commitment and persistence in product quality to become a choice of stable and performance SSD for users.

From the cost performance perspective, PCIe 3.0 SSD still stays in mainstream even though PCIe 4.0 SSD has hit the market for a while. The M30 series SSD support to 3,500MB/s read speed by NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 interface with 2280 M.2 socket, which NVMe architecture offers 6x higher R/W speed than traditional SATA SSD.

Enhanced by the 2x copper PCB, The M30 series SSD can dissipate the heat more efficiently to lower the temperature up to 15°C than general SSD while further unleash its performance. The special designed M.2 heatsink on the company’s motherboards also optimizes the thermal dissipation.
