Coley Burke Chief Revenue Officer, Semperis
Former Arrow, Dell EMC, Kashya, IBM, Quantum, Zerto sales leader

He will lead go-to-market efforts as the company undergoes a period of global expansion, fueled by demand for threat mitigation and rapid response to directory attacks. Recently, Deloitte ranked Semperis the fourth fastest-growing company in the tri-state area and 35th overall in its 2020 Technology Fast 500.

Burke is a sales leader with more than 30 years of experience across established IT organizations and high-growth start-ups including EMC, Kashya, IBM, Quantum, and Arrow Electronics, with a background in software, infrastructure, storage, and BCDR products and solutions. Prior to joining Semperis, he served as CRO at global IT resilience company, Zerto. He also spent more than 10 years in key sales and business development roles at Dell EMC, focused on global go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for VMAX, VNX, VPLEX, and RecoverPoint.

Burke joins an expanding roster of experts on Semperis’ senior leadership team, closely following the appointment of chief technologist Guido Grillenmeier (former HPE chief technologist) and chief scientist Igor Baikalov (former Bank of America SVP of global information security). Other recent appointments include CFO Rob Porell, VP of human resources Snezana Sjekloca, and VP of global channels and alliances Richard A. Weeks.
