Bocada Supports Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud Backup Monitoring

Bocada LLC announced support for Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud backup monitoring.

MSPs managing customer environments with Acronis Cloud can use Bocada’s single-pane dashboard to oversee these environments alongside other hybrid-cloud or on-prem customer implementations.

This latest plug-in furthers Bocada’s robust support for cloud-native backup solutions including AWS, Azure, Druva, Rubrik, Cohesity, and N2WS.

With a central console to monitor backup performance, regardless of cloud backup solution, MSPs can further automate end-customer backup operations while finding ways to reach new customers and monetize existing cloud customers.

Reporting for Cyber Protect Cloud includes backup successes and failures, backup policy configuration, and SLA compliance, in addition to other much-needed backup performance metrics.

According to Matt Hall, Bocada’s sales leader, developing an Cyber Protect Cloud plug-in was a natural addition given existing MSP customers’ needs for holistic oversight over end customer environments.

“As our MSP customers continue expanding their cloud service offerings, they expect the same backup protection monitoring and efficiencies that they enjoy with on-prem installations. Introducing native support for Cyber Protect Cloud not only addresses this operational need but also gives MSPs the opportunity to win new accounts with cloud-only environments,” he said.

Cyber Protect Cloud reporting is available to customers using Bocada 21.1.2.
