Producer of solid state disks

Vermont’s operations, in North Springfield, VT, will be transferred to Nashua.
Frederick Chaloux, president at Vermont Research, will be CEO of the New Hampshire company.
The UK activities in Leatherhead, Surrey, will operate as a subsidiary of Storage Computer.
At the beginning of the year, the company, a RAID manufacturer, received $4.2 million in equity financing from a Japanese group led by Technography Inc. (Tokyo, Japan).
