ScaleMP Expands vSMP MemoryONE Software to Support Range of NVMe SSDs

ScaleMP, Inc. is expanding its memory expansion product portfolio to offer vSMP MemoryONE software for a range of NVMe SSDs, available from the company and its resellers.

With this offering, available with vSMP MemoryONE version 10, customers would be able to expand server memory based on a variety of high-end NVMe devices from a selection of SSD vendors.

“vSMP MemoryONE is a great success with dozens of petabytes of memory sold and used globally. Cloud and enterprise customers requested that our memory expansion product support their preferred NVMe devices,” said Shai Fultheim, CEO. “The newest MemoryONE release enables the flexibility to use memory expansion technology with a large variety of high-end NVMe devices. This allow customers to scale memory capacity to new levels and reduce their TCO.“

vSMP MemoryONE 10 supports select SSDs models from Intel, Western Digital, Micron, and Samsung.
