Ontrack Data Recovery Workflow for ITSM Certified in ServiceNow Store

Ontrack, LLC received certification of its application with ServiceNow, available in the ServiceNow Store.

This certification is granted to apps that are available in the store and signifies that Ontrack’s Data Recovery Workflow for its ITSM app has achieved a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability.

The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Ontrack’s Data Recovery Workflow for the ITSM app with ServiceNow.

The Ontrack Data Recovery app is free, installs in minutes, and streamlines the approach to the data recovery process through the ServiceNow ITSM workflow. The free app integrates Ontrack’s processes with the platform’s ITSM incident handling. Desktop support teams using ServiceNow can submit requests and are provided information and prepaid mailing labels to ship devices to one of 22 laboratories. Upon receipt, Ontrack’s team will identify and diagnose the options for recovery, and when complete, securely return all data and devices.
