Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage Interoperable With Veeam Backup & Replication V10

Wasabi Technologies, Inc. announced verified interoperability with Veeam Backup & Replication v10, part of the Veeam Availability Suite.

When combined together, both firms provide low-cost data protection with high-capacity scalability and performance.

The joined solution makes the core processes for backup and recovery operations more cost-effective and faster, while minimizing the requirement for on-premises hardware, eliminating risk and helping ensure BC.

V10 allows objects to be copied directly to the cloud, simplifying backup and making it easier for businesses to move to the cloud. With it, enterprises can take control of their own data, combat ransomware and reduce risks with a backup strategy and lower the TCO for IT infrastructure and cloud storage while increasing IT staff productivity.

This enhancement adds to the existing set of solutions that Wasabi offers as a Veeam Technology Alliance partner, including compatibility with Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 v4 and Veeam Backup and Replication v9.5 Update 4. Last year, Wasabi completed Veeam Ready Object storage testing, which confirms both feature compatibility and performance levels according to Veeam’s partner testing program standards.
