The IEEE puts on a series of conferences that focus on semiconductor devices, heterogenous integration and other nanotechnologies, with sessions on solid state memory technologies. These include the IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM) in December, the International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) in February, the International Memory Workshop (IMW) in May and the Very Large Scale Integration Symposium (VLSI) in June.
