History (1992): Digital Design and Jod Electronique Fighting Bankruptcy

Digital Design and Jod Electronique (Trappes, France), specialized in distributing and importing boards and HDDs, have just been placed under the protection of the French bankruptcy law.

Digital Design, with a debt close to FF160 million, reported sales of FF72 million in 1991 compared with FF140 million in 1990.

On its side, Jod Electronique, acquired in 1990 by Digital Design, had reached FF56 million sales in 1991.

Both companies had already suspended payments to their suppliers.
