Expansion Enclosures for IBM Storwize V5030, V5030F and V5030E Scalable Configurations

Revised product capabilities: IBM Storwize V5030, V5030F, and V5030E scalable configurations

IBM Storwize V5030, V5030F, and V5030E models were erroneously announced with support for scalable configurations of up to 760 drives with the attachment of Storwize expansion enclosures, and with a maximum clustered system size of 1,520 drives.

The following Storwize models support a maximum of 504 drives when clustered up to 1,008 drives:

• V5030 models: 2077-312, 2077-324, 2078-312, 2078-324 and 2078-U5A
• V5030F models: 2077-AF3 and 2078-AF3
• V5030E models: 2072-312 and 2072-324
