Kathy Crusco Board’s Director, Code42

Code42 Software, Inc. appointed Kathy Crusco to its board of directors.

An enterprise software veteran, she currently serves on the board of directors at QAD Inc., Poly (formerly Plantronics and Polycom), and Calix, Inc., and most recently served as CFO at Kony, Inc., a cloud-based digital banking application and low-code platform solutions company.

Prior to joining Kony, Crusco served as EVP, COO and CFO at Epicor Software Corporation. Before that, she held positions of increasing responsibility at Polycom, Documentum, Inc., Adaptec, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
