To Wearnes Technology from Singapore

Siemens AG (Munich, West Germany) is to sell 40% of its interests in Tandberg Data (Oslo, Norway) to Wearnes Technology, a Singapore-based manufacturer, for a reported $9.5 million while retaining a 19% share + rights to market Tandberg drives in Japan and Tandberg monitors in parts of Europe.
