Actifio Opens Office in Milan, Italy

Led by Francesca Cieloscuro, regional sales director, and Matteo Ferrari, regional presales manager

Actifio, Inc. opened an office in Milan, Italy, to serve organizations throughout the country as they undergo digital transformation and embrace new data-driven approaches to serving their customers and constituents.

The office will be led by Francesca Cieloscuro, regional sales director, and Matteo Ferrari, regional presales manager.

Data management is an IT priority among enterprises in Italy, which is the third-largest economy in the Eurozone. According to IDC, almost half of Italian organizations are prioritizing copy data management in a multi-cloud environment. Actifio Italy expands the company’s European presence as in multi-cloud copy data management, helping organizations manage their data growth in hybrid and multi-cloud environments as well as on-premises, while simultaneously reducing storage costs.

Actifio CieloscuroFrancesca Cieloscuro joins Actifio with more than 20 years of successful sales experience with companies including Veritas, Symantec, Commvault, where she led Italian operations, and Delphix, where thanks to the she brought, she built enterprise partnerships with the strategic customers.

 

Actifio FerrariMatteo Ferrari joins Actifio with more than 25 years of successful experience in data management enterprise solutions and architectures. Previously, he was in presales at Quest Software, EMC, BMC Software and Delphix.
